Ultras and Protestsers confront Interior Ministry

Thousands of protesters and Ahly supporters, marched through Cairo on Thursday demanding retribution for the deadly violence in Port Said, which most blamed on police inaction. According to the Egyptian Ministry of Health, at least 668 people were wounded in the Cairo clashes.

Amr Hamzawy, a prominent political science professor at University of Cairo will be running for a parliament seat in Heliopolis. He held a campaign meeting to at the Sonesta Hotel, which contrasts against Hizb Al-Nour’s meeting in the streets of Giza.
