I am posting this in hopes that someone knows how to fix the problem.
About every blue moon I have to type in Arabic. I have little stickers on my keyboard that label the Arabic letters in the normal PC Arabic keyboard. I’m pretty sure everything was working fine last time i typed in Arabic a few months ago.
But I just noticed that the Arabic keyboard on my Mac (OS X 10.6) doesn’t have the ” ذ ” and ” ّ ” keys. They should be mapped to the upper-leftmost key on the keyboard ( ` and ~), but instead I get “٫” and “٬” . I think that’s an apostrophe and a little apostrophe.
yeah just once i got excited about they placing the zero now they removed a letter!
if you have found a way to fixing this problem please let me know!
thanks.
Not missing, just an odd place, alt + 3. Try this layout instead
