A march carrying a banner of those who were killed in Matareya started after Morsi won the election and visited many of the houses of the martyrs parents.

In Matareya, a neighborhood of northern Cairo, people anxiously waited for news of the presidential elections. The population was divided in their support for Morsi and Shafiq, but when Morsi won a march started from Matareya square and visited many of the houses of those who were killed in the uprising.
