One of my proudest moments of this uprising was seeing my photo of a woman celebrating in Alexandria running across the front of the WSJ. I’m sure with all the papers my mom just bought the WSJ circulation has just jumped a percent or two.
I’d like to thank the editors at the Wall Street Journal for taking a chance with me over the past few weeks and supporting in depth journalism in Egypt. I hope that as the news moves on they and other news outlets will see the long term implications of this revolution are significant and will require continued long term investment.
