Sherine Amr, on guitar and lead vocals, and Nancy Mounir, on violin, are the two current members of Mascara, a hard core yet melodic band. They formed in Alexandria, Egypt but have since moved to Cairo to find work. The all girls band name Mascara, comes from the words Mass Scar Era.
