After the lessons Mohamed Musa and Lindsay Carroll ride their camels up a mountain side to their home in the neighboring valley. The camels are surprisingly dexterous and strong and can easily carry 100kg up the side of a mountain.

Mohamed Musa teaches our writer Lindsay Carroll the techniques used to control and ride a camel for long distance treks. The school is in a valley near Mt. Sinai and managed by Godon Wikinson and Yalla Jabaleya ( www.YallaJabaleya.com )
