Patricia Hartman has been building her winter village for 28-30 years. It started after seeing an article in a magazine with 4 building. Over the years she has added pieces that connect to her life, such as a a doughnut shop with a Pasco police car out front, motorcycle policemen, and a train from her time in New York.
